J.S. Evans Consulting, Inc. provides
clients in a variety of industries with a broad range
of professional services in Management Consulting,
Human Resources Management, and Training and
Development. Our firm also provides employee
assessments utilizing the Hartman Value Profile, and
the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. By providing services
in each of these closely integrated areas, we are

Jerry S. Evans, Ph.D. - President
J. S. Evans Consulting, Inc. was founded
by Dr. Jerry S. Evans, who holds a Ph.D. in
Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Union
Institute. He is an Adjunct Professor of
Management at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and
Houston Baptist University. Dr. Evans has been a
management consultant for 15 years and has conducted
more than 200 training and development workshops.
He is recognized as a "Consultant in Good Standing"
with the Hartman Institute and is qualified to
administer and interpret the Hartman Value Profile.
Dr. Evans is also certified to administer the
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Fundamental
Interpersonal Relations Orientation - Behavior
(FIRO-B), and the Strong Interest Inventory, which are
distributed by Consulting Psychologists Press (CPP).

Gil Evans - Vice-President,
CFO
Ms. Gil Evans has over
30 years of experience working for Fortune 500
companies in a variety of Human Resources roles.
Ms. Evans holds a B.B.A. in Management from the
University of Houston - Clear Lake and is currently
completing graduate studies. She has had a
leadership role in strategic organizational change
initiatives in the areas of performance management,
total compensation for individuals and teams,
organizational restructuring, redesigning Human
Resources processes for strategic impact,
organizational culture/climate assessments, succession
planning, and HRIS. Ms. Evans has been a guest
lecturer on HR topics for a national management
development program, professional associations, and
universities in the Houston area.
