instrument provides accurate indicators of potential human behavior
and performance in the workplace. The Hartman Value Profile
measures a person’s value system – those qualities that drive and
direct human behavior – and provides 28 indices of valuable
information that indicate how well an individual might be expected to
perform on the job. The Hartman Value Profile provides an extra
dimension of insight about individuals that is especially helpful to
